Where can I park?
Teatralna street is close to the salon. You can also use the car parks at Galeria Katowicka or Supersam and walk to us. Please check the current signs, opening hours and charges at your chosen car park.
What should I do if I am running late?
Call us as soon as possible. We will check whether we can adjust your appointment time. If this is not possible, your massage may be shortened by the time you are late or rescheduled.
How can I check available appointments?
You can find current availability on Booksy. Booking ahead is recommended, especially at weekends. You can also call to ask about any cancellations.
How do I book a visit?
Choose an appointment on Booksy, call 534 722 721 or visit us at Rynek 7. You can also get in touch through our contact page.
Which payment methods are available?
At the salon, you can pay by cash, card, BLIK, transfer to a mobile number or bank transfer. If you would like to pay in euros or dollars, please agree the details with reception.
Who performs the massages?
Our massages are performed by certified therapists from Bali. They speak English and know basic Polish phrases. Reception can help communicate your preferences for the treatment.
How should I prepare for a massage?
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for a conversation and to settle in. We provide everything you need for your treatment.
Can I use a shower?
Yes. If you would like to shower before your massage, please arrive 20 minutes early. If you would like a shower afterwards, let us know before your appointment begins so we can prepare a suitable room.
Are the treatment rooms private?
Yes. The salon has separate treatment rooms for one or two people. To enjoy time together, explore our treatments for two.
What happens during a visit?
Reception will explain the massage style and pressure level, and ask about any conditions that may make treatment unsuitable. We will then show you the room and explain how to prepare. A full-body massage ends with a face and head massage without oil; please let us know if you would prefer to skip this.
How do I redeem a voucher?
Call the salon, provide your voucher details and choose an available appointment. When booking, tell us which service the voucher was purchased for. Bring your valid voucher to your visit.
My voucher is about to expire — what should I do?
Contact reception. Extensions are considered individually. You can find the voucher terms in our terms and conditions.
