Gift Voucher and Online Sales Terms and Conditions —

1. Seller details

2. Gift voucher
A gift voucher entitles its holder to use massage services at Orient Massage Katowice, Rynek 7.
3. Validity period
A gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, it expires and can no longer be redeemed.
4. Services covered
A gift voucher may only be used for massage services offered at Orient Massage Katowice, Rynek 7. It cannot be exchanged for cash or other means of payment. It cannot be used to buy products sold in the salon.
If the service costs less than the voucher value, the difference is not refunded. It may be used for a massage on a subsequent visit, provided the voucher is still valid.
If the chosen service costs more than the voucher value, the customer must pay the difference.
PLEASE NOTE: Monetary vouchers are applied against treatment prices in the price list in force on the day of the massage.
5. Redeeming a voucher
To redeem a voucher, book an appointment in advance by visiting the salon, calling 534 722 721 or emailing katowice@orientmassage.pl. Provide the voucher details and specify the service it was purchased for. Present a valid voucher on the day of your appointment.
6. Transferability
The voucher may be used by anyone who holds it. It is not restricted to a named person and may be given to someone else.
7. No refunds
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The salon does not issue replacements for lost or damaged vouchers.
8. Extending validity
In justified cases, a voucher's validity may be extended by prior agreement with the salon. The decision to grant an extension rests solely with the salon.
9. Payments
Online voucher payments are processed through Przelewy24, operated by PayPro S.A., based in Poznań, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, KRS: 0000347935, NIP: 7792369887. Buyer information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
10. Right of withdrawal
Under the Consumer Rights Act, a customer purchasing a voucher online may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided the voucher has not yet been redeemed. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised vouchers, for example those issued for a specific service and date, if performance has begun with the customer's express consent.
11. Complaints
Questions, comments or complaints about gift voucher redemption should be directed to reception by telephone on 534 722 721 or by email at katowice@orientmassage.pl. Complaints will be considered in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act within 14 calendar days.
12. Changes to these terms
Orient Massage reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will not affect the terms of redemption for vouchers purchased before the changes were introduced. These terms apply from the date of publication. Using a voucher constitutes acceptance of the terms above.
13. Delivery times
Products purchased in the online shop are delivered by email within 24 hours of the order being fulfilled.
14. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, including the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
